I have 7 years of call center experience which helped me develop my communication, office, customer support and technical skills. Part of this was processing gift cards for merchant services during POS offline, sales and collection of federal student loans in the US territories. My recent post in the insurance agency advanced my confidence more as I got involved in the hiring and recruitment process of our branch, ran classes for licensing and conducted individual and corporate business presentations. Appointment setting and team management were key roles I have improved on and additional skills on email and phone management.
