ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE PROCESSOR
• Billing (Billing Structures), review client profiles, credits and rebills, adjustments
• Accounts receivable, customer service, data entry, filing, interactions with current and past clients
PRE-BILLING ANALYST
• Migrating two process from India to Philippines and creating SOP for those process
• Customer account clean up, write-off, attention to outstanding invoices with corrections
• Billing, customer service, interaction and service to current and past clients
CASH AUDIT OFFICER
• Monitor and audit cash flows of funds especially suspicious transactions.
• Coordinates any findings and updates on fund-in and fund-out accounts with fund transfer team.
• Coordinates with payment team/agents on issues regarding deposits and withdrawals.
