Professional Experience
I have been working in the hospitality industry since 1995 after
graduating in hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition
and have worked in catering and accommodation management in hotels and
camps. For the last four years I have been in the mining industry working
as a Camp Manager cum Food Service Specialist at the Oyu Tolgoi Project in
Mongolia, a Rio Tinto owned property catering to an aggregate of 12000
residents in multiple camps.
I am well experienced in Catering and accommodation management, Kitchen
Design and Layout, Contract Management, HACCP, General Safety and Food
Safety and operations management of small business and large camps. A good
team player with vast experience in handling and working with people from
different cultures and walks of life.
