自己紹介

My previous job was as Technical Support Specialist for Cable Company in US. My tasks include answering calls from customers who have technical issues, program or product inquiries, troubleshoot issues as quick as possible and guide customer's on how to resolve their issues using first-aid method and how to prevent or avoid issues from appearing as much as possible. In some cases, where customer called for a different issue and is outside of our scope of expertise we either send them over to another department or schedule for a technician visit to resolve their inquiries. I also used to work as Freelancer. What I experience as a freelancer is working as a Computer Technician to resolve computer issues that can still be fixed by reformatting the unit or installing software to prevent virus-related issues and educating customer on how to avoid virus from infiltrating their unit. I also work as Programmer and Web Developer who helps student finish their programming projects or system.
