I have an MBA from the University of Sunderland, specializing in International Human Resources •Develop recruiting strategies and system planned to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and maintain filing and updating of HR tools and database and collaborating with IT Staff for the tool designing and enhancement for 360 degree recruitment.
• Evaluate and scheduling candidate’s strengths compared with clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate, design the job description, offer letters and on boarding.
•Complete necessary pre-engagement processes including reference checks.
• Work with Business Development Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements and build rapport.
