Hi,

Just to give a brief information about me, I've been with BPO industry for about 10 years now. I've been through a lot of line of businesses, accounts and fields in BPO. Inbound and outbound sales is my expertise because that's where I can freely almost do anything just to get a sale. And I strive more when it comes to sales account basically because of incentives and commissions. I'm currently unemployed mainly because I want to work from home for me to spend more time with my son. And that's the only way for me to work probably more than 12 hours a day if I would be given a chance.. Also I would like to take the opportunity of being a free lancer or VA to expand, excel and enhance my skills on providing outstanding customer service via online. It would be another platform for me for to have another career also gaining new friends at the same time.
