An Industrial Engineering with seven years (7) of experience as Priority ERP software support analyst and consultant. Knowledges in project management, customer services, strategic management, elaboration of user´s functional manuals, process documentation and reports elaboration. During this years I have learn to stablish good relationships with customers and users, creating a high customer orientation to provide an excellent service and efficient solutions to the incidents and requirements reported by them. Likewise, I have worked in software testing, development of software requirements and I am taking courses to learn software development and graphic design.

I have just finished Project Management postgraduate and I would like get work experience at the international level and strengthen my professional profile in areas focused in project management, technological development, software development, process management and negotiation.
