I have 14 years of solid experience in Credit Management focusing on Debt Collection, Cash Application, Credit card settlement and some minor billing and claims involvement over the years. While much of my experience has been in the business world, I can be an asset to your organization.
I have a strong change management background as my responsibilities included projects that delivered optimization and cost savings on the operations.
Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-teams. I can work with other leads to share and resolve people management issues.
