I am a Civil Engineering graduate and while studying I was working in the call center industry as customer support, technical support, back office support and sales support I would appreciate your consideration for available job openings. I was also part of the Project Management Department in Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation as an office engineer for almost 7 months.


I am very willing to learn, trained to adapt in a fast pace line of work which requires attention to detail and efficiency and adaptability to regular process updates and changes.


For almost 4 years, I dealt with customers and sales partners via phone and email for American companies such as Comcast, Charter, Assurance Wireless and AT&T. Also for an Australian/New Zealand company Fairfax Media which is the largest media company in their country. All of which are graveyard shifts.
