Hi, I'm Vanessa. I have 10 years of experience in Customer Support assisting U.S customers via phone. I also assist customers from other countries like UK, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, other parts of Asia and more.

I have been working closely with our US Clients as I have been part of the Back Office Team in which our client directly communicate with for assistance with reporting requirements like excel spreadsheet and word documents, respond to email inquiries and requests for urgent processing, phone support. I ensure that all documents I send out to our US clients are accurate and timely as this is what I have always been focused on. I always do and give my best in every work assigned to me. I am Very willing to learn new things. I'm also looking forward to a long-term working relationship with my clients.
