After graduating in BS Computer Engineering, I took a job as part of a SYSTEM TEST team for Lexmark Inkjet printers. After which, I earned 4 years of being a Subject Matter Expert for Dell Computers. Then I got hired by Lexmark where I became a Tech Support Specialist for Inkjet printers for another 4 years. For the past 4 years I have been a Product Support Engineer for Imagenow the flagship product of Perceptive Software.
