Professional Experience

My background includes having BPO experience as a customer service representative for a telco company, we are receiving calls and handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Previously I worked in a real estate company and my position is Administrative Assistant under collection department. Filing, organizing documents, data entry and encoding.
