My background includes serving as a customer oriented associate within my F&B and Customer Interaction as I believe a part of supervisory and managerial responsibility. Most recently, I worked on the customer service relation to monitor the quality of service we must put into, where my responsibilities included handling customer needs and providing them guaranteed service satisfaction.
   Previously, I worked with high volume customer support in terms of qualitative services.
   I gain considerable customer service skills through my work experience in F&B and Restaurant employment as well as the training and seminar I have attended.
   I also bring to the table the knowledge for computer literacy and other back office administrative work.
