My professional experiences were, a team leader for 1 year and 6 months in BPO Company. Subject Matter Expert for the same company in 1 year. Customer Service Representative in a year with the same company. Two months experience in handling customer inquiries through email. Fraud Analyst for six months and Merchant Specialist for 2 years and 3 month in a well-known bank in the Philippines. As my field of interest is mostly in data processing, this develops my meticulous eyes in data entry that results in a commendatory customer satisfaction. I have a 100% accuracy rate in typing and always ensure to meet the deadlines. I am a quick learner and not just satisfied in learning the basic but knowing the most reasonable and effective steps. Challenges are one of my motivations to deliver my job with a superb results.
