Professional Experience
My background includes serving as a Technical/Customer Service Representative within a call center environment for 4 years. Most recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Company where I was tasked to call expired, for sale by owner and home buyer leads. I was also doing some admin tasks like researching & gathering HOA information, creating mail merge and mail labels for marketing materials, some data entry, entering new listing in MLS, light bookkeeping for REO expenses and other administrative stuff.
When I was working in a call center and as a virtual assistant, I was able to improve on my communication and people skills. I learned that these 2 skills are important so that you can gain the trust and confidence of a customer.
I also bring to the table my strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database app.
