I hold a masters degree from Swansea University, Uk in Gender and Culture- Political Department. I was mostly interested in the following modules: Gender and the Social Sciences, women in politics, and Rights Based Approaches to Development. I wrote my dissertation, on the “Impact of Social Media on the image of Women in Politics: Did Social Media Help Women in Politics?”
I worked on projects with the Ministry of Education, UNDEF, and the Swedish International Development Agency. My position involved a great deal of independent research and analysis on women and education and required monthly reports to the stakeholders. It also involved proposal writing. I established with the help of a group of similar youth The Preparing Global Leaders Academy (PGLA) in Jordan. I am bilingual in Arabic and English, with an intermediate knowledge of French.
