System user fee is the fee incurred when a job has been completed and it is paid only by the freelancer. This fee is deducted from the original contract amount agreed to by the client and the freelancer, therefore the client is not subject to this fee. However, when posting a job if you choose a “paid-for-option” you will be charged for that “option”.
