Explanation of the Job Status
Each type of status and action required by each status.
When a job is posted on Workshift one of the following status signs are displayed. If the client needs to
take some action for a job that has been posted a message saying “Action Required” will appear on Mypage.
Please check to see what action is required.
OPEN
If there are pending applications please select and hire a freelancer.AWAITING ESCROW
The freelancer will not begin working until you (the client) have paid the escrow payment.WORKING
There is no action required by the client but depending on the job details we recommend that you (the client) communicate with the freelancer to check on work progress.INSPECTING
Please inspect the work delivered by the freelancer and determine whether the job is satisfactorily completed (JOB DONE) or whether it needs to be sent back to the freelancer (REJECT) for revisions.RETURN FOR REVISIONS
There is no action required until the work is delivered by the freelancer again.JOB DONE
After the job is done please evaluate the freelancer’s work.
