Outline of service
Workshift is one of Japan’s largest firms in terms of overseas registered users. It offers a platform of
skilled freelancers (workers for hire) from which clients (users who wish to outsource a job) can select and
hire to fulfill jobs.
Clients post a job on the Workshift website and freelancers browse the posted jobs and apply for any jobs
that appeal to them.

is all achieved on the Workshift system.

Settlement is conducted entirely in Japanese yen. Clients can freely peruse the profiles of freelancers and
observe their track record of jobs on the Workshift system.
Free use of the Workshift Message System is also available. Moreover, payment to the freelancer is only made
after the job is completed so the client can rest assured that money is not paid to the freelancer until the
client gives permission by clicking the “Job Done” button.
