At this time, we have not confirmed any leakage of information, including personal information, as a result of this incident.

1. Overview

At approximately 10 A.M. on January 26th, 2026 (JST), we detected indications of unauthorized access to a server used by our company. Upon detection, we immediately blocked the access and initiated a detailed investigation to identify the cause and assess the scope of impact.

2. Scope of Internal Investigation

We conducted an internal investigation focusing on the server and database that may have been affected by the unauthorized access, including the information stored therein.

3. Impact Summary

At this time, we have not confirmed any leakage of information, including personal information, as a result of this incident.
Separately, we confirmed that phishing emails were sent to unspecified recipients using our e-mail address (alert@workshift-sol.com). These e-mails impersonated Bank of America and attempted to direct recipients to a fraudulent website.
The sending of these phishing e-mails was blocked at approximately 3 P.M. on January 26th 2026 (JST).

4. Cause of the Incident

We confirmed that this incident was caused by unauthorized access by a third party.

5. Our Response and Measure to Prevent Recurrence

Following confirmation of this incident, we have taken the actions listed below:

• Blocked the authorized access (including stopping the sending of phishing e-mails) and identified the scope of impact
• Implemented and strengthened security measured across our systems
• Provided an official incident notice to the jurisdictional police

We will continue to implement ongoing measures to prevent a recurrence.
