Please be informed that we have amended Workshift “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”.
Terms of Use
Section 4（1）
【Amendment】
１ Our Company shall operate the Site as an internet site and approve use of the Site by Users. Besides Section 6 of the Terms of Use, Clients can use the site, post job recruitment advertisements and send individual messages to users within the conditions approved by Our Company.
Section 4 (7)
【New Addition】
Our Company takes no responsibility and is not directly involved if users use this site for purposes unrelated to the Terms of Use.
Section 18(18)
【Amendment】
Attempts to use this site as a means for introducing work with the aim of fulfilling an employment contract between Users.
