中国人のフリーランサーの人が読む文章なので、簡潔に翻訳願います。
希望予算は10,000円です。

We are looking for native Chinese bilingual.
Please check attached excel sheet where you can find English (or Japanese), which we want to ask you to translate to simplified Chinese character.
Those sentences are for Chinese freelancers who does not know much about crowdsourcing, therefore we need simple and easy translation.
Expected budget is 10,000 yen.
