今まで外部のプレイガイドにチケット販売を委託してきましたが、自社のシステムで予約を管理したいと考えています。予約の受付は電話とWEBの二種を検討しています。なお、電話は可能であればIVRで対応できると更に嬉しいです。また、海外のお客様もいらっしゃるため英語対応も希望します。
ただし、潤沢な資金がある理由ではなく、どこにどのように依頼すべきなのか、もしくはどのようなシステムを使用すべきなのか、考えあぐねています。
つきましては、是非ご提案を頂けるとありがたいです。
We have outsourced ticket sales to an outside ticket agency, but we would like to manage reservations through our own system. I'm thinking of taking reservations by phone or online. Also, if it is possible, I would be even happier if I could use IVR. Also, there are customers from overseas, so I would like you to respond in English.
