【Request contents】
Your job is to collect questionnaires from Chinese people.
- Website Questionnaire (17 questions : 5～10 minutes to input) had been already prepared in Simplified Chinese language.
- Spread/Introduce/lead people to input the website (URL will be sent to you once we agree).
- Number of people who finished entering in the questionnaire will be the outcome. Summarize or report the result is not required.
- I will report you daily a number of people who has been entered in the questionnaire through your link. It will show you how many more you need.

【Eligible questionee】
-　Anyone who has Chinese nationality who lives in China
-　Regardless gender / age.

【Question】
-　12 questions regarding Watching Japanese TV program in China　(mandatory).
-　4 questions regarding questionee (mandatory)
-　E-mail address of questionee (optional)
- 4 among all the questionee win the prize of anything of your choice from Amazon.com or popular EC site in your country equivalent to 100USD (incl. shipment). ※Lottery, communicate with the winner and sending the prize will be taken care by us.

【Due date / format】
- Due date is four (4) days after I send the link of the questionnaire. Number of the people who finished entering after 4 days is your outcome.
- No need to report as we will aggregate the answer. We will count the outcome (number of the people who finished entering).

【Reward】
JPY 100 × number of the people who finished entering the questionnaire.

【Required condition/skill for the freelancer】
-　Person who can communicate with me in Japanese or English.
-　Person who can response without delay.
-　Has fulfilling profile in Workshift.
We will send the URL of website questionnaire once we agree.

■Prohibited matter：
To input false answers.
To input many times by the same person.
To leak the subject to the third party.

【依頼内容】
中国人から、約17問（想定入力時間5～10分）のアンケートを収集するお仕事です。
- アンケート入力サイトは中国語（簡体字）にてこちらで用意してあります。
- 回答者を募集、拡散、依頼していただき、お渡しするアンケート入力サイトへの誘導をお願いいたします。
- アンケートに入力した人数が成果となります。結果集計等は必要ありません。
- こちらより、1日1回、アンケートに入力された数（＝あと何人必要か）をお知らせします。

【アンケート対象】
-　現在中国に在住の中国人。
-　性別、年齢は問いません。

【質問内容】
-　日本のテレビ番組の視聴に関する質問12問（必須）
-　回答者自身の属性に関する質問4問（必須）
-　回答者のメールアドレス（任意）
- アンケート入力者には抽選で4名に景品あり（入力した中から抽選でAmazon.comもしくは自国にて人気のECサイトの中から100USD（送料込）相当の商品を選んでいただけます。抽選、送付手配等は事務局が担当します）

【納品期日・形式】
- アンケートリンクをお送りしてから4日後が締切となります。4日後の時点での入力者数が成果となります。
- アンケート入力サイトでアンケート収集をするので納品は必要ありません。成果（入力人数）もそちらで確認させていただきます。

【報酬】
100円 × 入力人数
最低お支払い人数 30人
最高お支払い金額10,000円まで

18人 = お支払いなし
30人 = 3,000円
50 人 = 5,000円
100 人 = 10,000円
106 人 = 10,000円
