[Project Description]

A. Purpose
We are an advertising company in Japan and look for a business and equity partner in Malaysia.
We like to find a suitable partner in Malaysia, which we like to invest in.
We expect the partner would be managed by digital native and free from traditional business process.

B. Process
1. We have a long list of local advertising agencies in Malaysia as of 2016 and assessed them simply by their websites and/or information from industrial news site already.
2. We provide our requirements of the candidates to you, and then you will assess the listed agencies again into a short list.
3. You are also expected to find another/additional candidate agencies.
4. After discussion between you and us, we will complete a short list, you will contact directly with the candidate agencies to ask the intention of the partnership.
5. If the candidates have the intention, you will make appointment and accompany to visit to the candidate agencies.
6. We hope we could complete this process within 3 months.

C. Reward
1. Basic Fee: We would propose 300-500USD / a month
2. Additional candidate information success reward: 200USD / a candidate
3. Appointment and accompany success reward: 400USD / a visit
* Our total budged would be 4,000USD totally

D. Confidentiality
Once you undertake this project, you must keep confidential for any information you get through the project.
