■利用目的と概要
日本に関する各国の認知度調査を目的としています。
友人・知人30－40人を誘って、Googleフォーム上にアップするアンケートに回答してください。

■指定項目・制限等
対象地域はタイ。回答者はタイ国籍を持つ方のみ。
アンケートへの回答は現地語で可。
回答者はGoogle へのログインが必要になります。

■自由記載
設問数は5‐10問程度。形式はチェックボックス、ラジオボタン、フリーテキストなど。

■納品形式
指定するGoogleフォームのアンケートに30-40人が回答。
回答者のメールアドレス一覧。

■納期
7～9日(10/31まで)

■注意・禁止事項
作業対象内容を第三者へ漏洩する行為
同一人物が他人を装い回答する行為
既に提案した内容をそのまま転用する行為
既存のコンテンツを転用する行為

■ Purpose of Use and Outline
The aim is to survey each country's perception of Japan. 
Please invite 30-40 friends / acquaintances and respond to the questionnaire to upload on Google Form. 

■ Designated items ・ Restrictions etc.
The target area is Thailand. Only respondents who have Thai nationality. 
The answer to the questionnaire is in local languages. 
Respondents will need to log in to Google. 
The number of questions is about 5-10 questions. The format is check boxes, radio buttons, free text etc. 

■ Delivery form
30-40 people responses on the Google Form questionnaire to specify.
