*Work Instruction
We would like you to collect answers of online survey.
We will share URL for online survey so please ask any respondent possible to answer the survey.
Survey can be conducted on both PC and smartphone.
Time needed to answer a survey: 15-20 minutes.

*Conditions
Residential Area: Sydney ONLY
Condition: Anyone who has traveled to Japan (Any respondent who has never traveled to Japan is not valid)

*Minimum number of answer samples needed: more than 5
JPY600 will be paid per 1 answer sample.
If you need to pay rewards for respondents, please make do with rewards you receive.

*Data delivery
Please provide the following information in text data.
1. Number of respondents.
2. Email address of the respondents
(The survey asks a respondent’s email address at the end of the survey. So please provide the same address the respondents write on the survey.
If a respondent is unwilling to provide an email address on a survey, a respondent can use character string that can prove that survey has been completed.)

*Prohibited action
Please do not leak survey contents to bystanders.


■利用目的と概要：オンライン調査への回答サンプルの収集
オンライン調査へのURLを共有しますので、そこに回答者を誘導し、回答させていただきたいです。
調査はPCでもスマートフォンでも、どちらでも回答可能です。
調査回答所要時間：15～20分程度

■指定項目・制限等：
地域：シドニー在住者限定
対象者：日本に旅行をしたことがある人
（日本に旅行をしたことがない人は、調査途中で対象外の扱いになります）

■希望サンプル数：
最低5件以上。1件あたり600円目安。
回答者への謝礼を払う場合、報酬金額の中でやりくりしていただければと思います。

■納品ファイルの形式：
下記をテキストデータでいただければと思います。
- 回答者数
- 回答者のeメールアドレス　（調査票の最後にメールアドレスの入力欄がありますので、そのデータと一致するものにしてください。回答者がメールアドレスを入力したくない場合は、回答したことがわかる任意の文字列を用いていただいても大丈夫です）
※取得したeメールアドレスは回答者の把握のみに用い、他の目的で使用することはありません。
