■Objective
Conduct fieldwork to understand market appearance of tea products with "Matcha" expressed in package.

■Survey Description
<Directions>
1. Applicant confirms "Retail Survey sheet" delivered from client.
2. Visit retails and record details to sheets "Retail Survey (1)-(12)".
*Survey area: Major retails located surrounding your residential area.
3. Take photos of Products and Retail Shelves and attach into sheets.
4. Deliver survey results to client within Survey deadline.
Results must be in "EXCEL format(xls, xlsx)".
Attach photos in "JPEG or PNG format".
5. With further directions from client, purchase Product Sample(s) and send to client's designated address. Delivery address will be informed from client afterwards.

<Necessary survey samples>
Total number of samples: Twelve(12) different retail chains as possible
-Five(5) chains from Supermarket
-Three(3) chains from Hypermarket
-Four(4) chains from Department store, Pharmarcy, Convenient Store, tea shops, etc.

<Survey deadline>
Seven(7) days from starting date
Starting date will be set with prior agreement between client and applicant.

■ Purchasing request of Product Samples
<Directions>
1. Client will review Retail Survey sheet (1)-(12) and select representative Matcha products.
2. Client sends purchase request(item, quantities) to Applicant.
3. Purchase product samples.
4. Send photos of purchased goods and receipts.
5. Send samples to Client's designated address.
6. Invoice total costs for purchasing and shipment.

Act of diversion as it is an existing content
Act to divert the contents already proposed
