日本の大手不動産会社からの仕事です。

【仕事内容】
新規でオープンするキャビンホテルのサービス紹介ビデオに出演していただける方を募集します。
撮影は丸１日かかり、場所は銀座界隈になります。
プロのモデルさんと言うよりも、一般宿泊者の代表としてビデオにご出演いただきます。

【撮影時期】
９月下旬から１０月上旬ごろを想定しております。日程はカメラマンなどと調整し、事前に確認させていただきます。1日の撮影です。

【採用基準】
-　東京在住の外国人であること
-　希望としては、女性、欧米系、20〜30歳代、ですがこれに限りません
-　日本語がある程度理解できること
-　スナップ写真を提供できること
-　Skype等でのインタビューが可能であること
また、採用前に本人確認や連絡先（携帯電話）の確認、契約書へのサインをお願いすることもあります。

【希望予算】
交通費などすべて込みで、30,000円を希望します。

-　日程確定後のキャンセル（キャンセルは賠償の対象になる可能性があります）
-　本人を偽る情報提供

The job is from one of the largest real estate firms in Japan.

【Job Details】
We are looking for an actress for our video to introduce our new accommodation facility called Cabin Hotel. The video shooting location will be in Ginza and will require one entire day.
The actress does not need to be a professional model, she will play the role of a typical hotel user.

【Date of shooting】
Sometime between late September and early October. The exact date is negotiable, but we need to coordinate with the camera crew. 1 day job.

【Selection Criteria】
- Must be a foreigner living in Tokyo
- We seek a woman, westerner, age 20's～30's, but we are not strictly limited to this description.
- Someone who understands basic Japanese.
- Someone who can provide us with snapshots of themselves.
- Someone who can do a Skype or other such type of interview with us.
Before we make a decision, we may ask you to provide ID, phone number, and/or ask you to sign our contract.

【Expected Budget】
30,000yen, which includes all necessary costs (transportation, etc).

【Prohibited Actions】
- Last minute cancellation (we may ask you for an indemnity payment to cover damages).
- Falsifying your identity.
