<job description>
■New Client Acquisition: Spearhead new client acquisition, primarily targeting the civil engineering and construction materials industry within assigned regions (Europe and Asia).

■Corporate Sales & Field Sales: Conduct corporate and field sales activities for recycled materials manufactured at the Yokosuka Circular Factory, with a specific focus on materials derived from household waste plastics. This includes conducting market research.

■Market Intelligence & Feedback: Research local market trends, competitor information, and legal regulations/incentive programs related to the use of recycled materials. Provide regular feedback to the Japan team.

■Business Development: Drive business development initiatives based on customer needs, focusing on new applications for recycled materials and quality improvements.

■Technical Development Proposals: Propose new ideas and improvements to the technical development team.
