1. Whether there is a standard document for a specific product written in English (or if they are only available in Arabic).

2. If English versions of the standard document exists, confirm whether it is possible to obtain (purchase) them online from abroad (e.g., Japan), or if visiting the EOS office is the only way to access the English documents.

Further details will be provided to the person deemed suitable for this task.
