We would like to request research on product standards and regulations for nine (9) consumer goods in Ghana. The research should focus on the following points:

◆Research Overview:
1. Product standards and Regulations: Please investigate whether there are product standard documents for nine different products (consumer goods and hygiene products). Additionally, confirm whether there are any regulations related to medical devices or cosmetics.
*If no standard documents and/or regulations exist, please confirm with the relevant organizations below and verify that no standard documents and/or regulations are available.

2. General Safety Standards and Regulations: Research general safety standards, product labeling regulations, and penalties (from sources such as consumer protection laws).

3. Export/Import Regulations: Research any export/import regulations and laws related to the nine types of products by contacting Ghana Customs.

※If product Standard documents are available through GSA (https://www.gsa.gov.gh/), we plan to request a separate job (under a different contract) to proceed with that tasks.

◆Research Method: Please check the relevant government agencies' websites and directly contact the following government agencies (by phone, email, etc.) for further information.

◆Expected Deliverables:
・Summarize your findings in a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint presentation (3-4 pages).
・Provide accurate information sources, including details of the organizations and representatives interviewed.

◆Compensation:
Our expected budget is 100,000~120,000JPY (including Workshift fees).

◆Deadline:
The deliverables are expected approximately 2 weeks after the assignment.

◆Qualifications:
Priority will be given to those with business experience residing in Ghana.

ガーナにおける、9種類の消費財商品に関して調査をお願いします。

◆調査概要：
１）製品規格や規制の調査：9種類の異なる製品（消費財および衛生製品）の製品に関して、製品規格書があるかを調査してください。また、医療機器・化粧品としての規格や規制があるかも確認してください。
※もしも、 規格書が存在しない場合は、以下の該当組織に確認し、規格書が無いことも確認してください。
２）一般的な安全規格や規制、製品表示規制、罰則を調査してください（消費者保護法などから）。
３）輸出入規制： 9種類の製品に関連する輸出入規制や法令を、関税局などに確認し、調査してください。

尚、GSA（https://www.gsa.gov.gh/）において、製品規格書が入手できる場合は、別の仕事依頼（別契約）として、業務をお願いする予定です。

関連する政府機関のウェブサイトおよび関連ページを確認すると共に、下記の政府機関に直接連絡（電話、メールなど）して調べてください。

◆期待される納品物：
・調査結果を3～4ページのPowerPointプレゼンテーションにまとめてください。
・インタビューした組織や担当者の詳細情報を含め、正確な情報源を提供してください。

◆報酬： 報酬は100,000~120,000円（Workshiftの手数料を含む）を希望しています。

◆納期： 依頼後おおよそ2週間で納品物を期待しています。

◆応募資格： ガーナ在住でのビジネス経験がある方を優先します。
