We are seeking research on product standard documents for five consumer goods in Kenya. We have already obtained the standard numbers for these products. The research should focus on the following points:

◆Research Overview:
１）For each of the five products, verify the date when the latest standard was issued.
２）Determine whether there are any non-compliant products in Kenya for a specific product. If so, check whether legal enforcement actions are taken or if the standards are merely recommended.
３）If legal enforcement actions are applicable, please investigate the details of such penalties.
◆Research Content:
・Web research: Check the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) website and related pages.
・Interview research: Conduct interviews via email or phone with KEBS, trade-related organizations, associations, and related companies.
◆Expected Deliverables:
Summarize the research findings in a PowerPoint presentation of 2-3 pages.
Include details of the organizations and individuals interviewed.
◆Compensation:
We expect to offer between 60,000 to 100,000 JPY (including Workshift fees).
◆Deadline:
Deliverables are expected approximately 2 weeks after the assignment is given.
◆Qualifications:
Priority will be given to those with business experience in Kenya.

5つの消費財商品に関する、ケニア現地での製品標準規格書の調査です。既に標準規格の番号は入手しています。その上で、以下のポンとを中心に調査をお願いしたいです。

◆調査概要
１）5商品に関して、最新の標準規格が発行された日付を確認してください
２）特定の商品に関して、ケニア現地で不適合製品が存在しているのか、存在している場合は、法的な強制処分が行われるのか、それとも推奨基準程度で処分はされないのか、を確認してください。
３）法的な強制処分が行われる場合、その罰則に関して詳細を調べてください。
◆調査内容
・Web調査：ケニア標準協会（Kenya Bureau of Standards, KEBS）や関連するHPを確認
・インタビュー調査：KEBSや貿易関連の団体、協会、関連会社、などにメールや電話でインタビューしてください
◆期待する納品物
上記の調査内容を、パワーポイントで２～３ページにまとめてください。
また、インタビューに関しては、どの組織の、どの人に話をしたかも記載してください。
◆報酬金額
60,000円～100,000円（ワークシフトの手数料込み）を希望します。
◆納期
仕事を依頼後、約2週間で納品してください。
◆応募資格
ケニア国内でのビジネス経験がある方を優先します。
