日本と海外をつなぐクラウドソーシング

作業内容：

１．企業のリストアップ
以下の３分野に属する企業（外資であってもベトナムで事業展開していればOKです）を、それぞれ２０社程度リストアップ。
①プラントソリューションを提供している企業（エネルギー、資源、工場、など分野は特に問わないそうです）
②空調メンテナンス企業（商業ビルメンテナンス企業でもOKです）
③コールドチェーン提供企業（最終消費者に、冷蔵/冷凍を届けられる配送業者のリストでOKです）

◆上記①～③に関して、それぞれ２０社程度をリストアップ（企業名、企業規模、HP URL、連絡先、等）
◆報酬のイメージ（ワークシフトの契約金額、以下同様）は、それぞれで40,000円 × 3分野 = 120,000円程度を希望

２．企業とのオンライン・インタビュー設定
上記のリストから（60のリストから）、20社程度を選び、その企業とのオンラインインタビューを設定。

◆報酬のイメージは、固定と成功報酬の2段階
・固定報酬：30,000円（インタビューが設定できなくてもお支払いします。ただし、コンタクト履歴を記載したものはご提出願います）
・成功報酬：40,000円（1件につき。例えば3件のインタビューが設定できれば、120,000円。ただし、金額の上限が設定される可能性があります）

３．オンラインインタビュー時の通訳
◆1時間程度のインタビュー1件につき、25,000円

Job Descriptions:

1. Listing of companies
List about 20 companies in each of the following three fields (even if they are foreign companies, as long as they are operating in Vietnam, we can accept the list).
(1) Companies that provide plant solutions (any field is acceptable, such as energy, resources, factories, etc.)
(2) Air conditioning maintenance companies (commercial building maintenance companies are also acceptable)
(3) Companies that provide cold chain services (please list logstic companies that can deliver refrigerated/frozen food to the final consumer)

◆Make a list with about 20 companies for each of the above 1) to 3) fields (company name, company size, website URL, contact information, etc.).
◆Our expected budget (Workshift contract amount) is 40,000 yen x 3 fields = 120,000 yen

2. Coordinate an online interview(s) with the companies
Select about 20 companies from the above list and coordinate online interviews with those companies.

◆The image of the remuneration is two levels: base fee and Success fee.
・Base fee: 30,000 yen (We will pay even if you cannot set up an interview. However, we ask that you provide us with a written record of your contact history.)
・Success fee: 40,000 yen (per interview. For example, if you are able to set up 3 interviews, we will pay 120,000 yen. (However, a maximum amount may be set.)

3. Interpretation for online interviews
25,000 yen per one-hour interview.
