Although she is young, as an engineer and secretary, she has the research skills to work in other fields and is extremely flexible in her responses. Her knowledge outside her field of expertise means she is proactive and willing to make improvements and suggestions if clients request quality or expertise. However, her work environment and available tools and equipment are limited, and the work she can handle is biased. We anticipate that she will perform better if she spends appropriately on capital investment and health management as a self-employed individual.
