<Project outlline>
We would like to understand the potential needs for software(OCR , RPA etc.) in financial field in UK, France and Germany.
We believe that financial institutes could be potential users beacaus the software can improve efficiency of their business.
Therefore,we are looking for someone have experience in financial institutes(banks/ securities/insurance companies).
Hopefully such institutions operates retail financial services. (not only B to B financial service)

We would like to know
- whether OCR, RPA is used in operational process in financial institutions?
- if yes, in which process and how are they used?

＊OCR：Optical character recognition
＊＊RPA: Robotic process automation

<Condition of interviewees>
1.Country: UK,France and Germany(each country)
2.Who has work experience in local financial institutes(banks /securities companies/insurance companies) in above countries.

・Telephone interview (30 minites to 40minites)
・Language: English or Japanese
