<Project outlline>
We would like to understand the potential needs for software(OCR , RPA etc.) in financial field in China.
We believe that financial institutes could be potential users beacaus the software can improve efficiency of their business.
Therefore,we are looking for someone have experience in financial institutes(banks/ securities/insurance companies).
Hopefully such institutions operates retail financial services. (not only B to B financial service)

We would like to know
- whether OCR, RPA is used in operational process in financial institutions?
- if yes, in which process and how are they used?

＊OCR：Optical character recognition
＊＊RPA: Robotic process automation

<Condition of interviewees>
1.Country: R.O.C.(China)
2.Who has work experience in local financial institutes(banks /securities companies/insurance companies) in China.

<Intervie mathod>
・Telephone interview (30 minites to 40minites)
・Language: Chinese or English or Japanese
