We are a vendor of karate wear (clothing) in Japan.
As part of our expansion into Asia we want a list of "Karate Dojos in India" and "martial arts shops in India".

<Outline and alerts>
We want a list of 10 karate dojos in India (a minimum of 5).
Fill in the attached Excel sheet and deliver the filled in sheet.
We require the telephone number, address, and name of contact person. If possible also the home page URL, email address and number of students at the dojo. Please call each dojo and martial arts shop to verify if the telephone number works.
We are only targeting KARATE dojos. Any style or school of karate is acceptable. However, we are not interested in Judo, kung-fu, or tae-kwando.
Please give priority to dojos in cities with large populations.
Caution: we may not pay for data that is erroneous.
At least 5 dojos or shops. Maximum of 10. We will not pay for more that 10.

<Compensation>
¥1,500 for one entity
A maximum of 10 entities (dojos/shops) means ¥15,000
* There is a limit to our acceptance of only 5 dojos/shops.

<Delivery of product>
Please fill in the attached Excel file and send to us for inspection.
Please inspect your data input in the Excel sheet before delivering to us.

当社は日本の空手衣(道着)を販売している会社です。
今回アジアに空手衣(道着)の販路を開拓するために『インドの道場』と『インドのマーシャルアーツ販売店』のリストアップを依頼します。

＜概要と注意＞
・インドにある空手の道場最大10件(最低5件)のリストアップ。
・添付のエクセル内にある項目を記入し、納品して下さい。
・電話番号、住所、責任者の名前は必須。ホームページのURL、Emailアドレス、道場は生徒の数を出来る限り記入してください。
　道場、販売店ともに電話をかけ、正しく繋がるか確認して下さい。
・対象は「空手」のみです。※柔道、カンフー、テコンドーは対象ではありません。
　空手の流派は問いません。
・人口の多い都市部にあるものを優先してリストアップして下さい。
・必要情報に誤りがある場合、お支払い出来ない可能性はありますのでご注意下さい。
・リストは最低５件、最大10件です。11件以上実施してもお支払いできませんので、ご注意下さい。

最大10リスト15,000円
※最低でも5件リストアップできる方に限ります。

＜納品＞
添付しているエクセル内の項目を記入して納品して下さい。
納品前に正しく入力されているか確認をお願いします。
