We are hiring 70 Freelancers from BKK

[Job Mission]
It is very simple. We want you to be a local reporter and shoot short video with your mobile to visualize
inconvenient, stressful and troublesome moments in BKK city. You can either report by yourself or interview your family/ friend as we also want to capture needs from people who can't understand English, such as elderly people. Japan ICT Company will rectify selected social issues later on.

Other examples:
1. When we are going to restaurant at the top of building, we need to wait for elevator to come down for so long. It would be great if building detects me at taxi drop and calls elevator ahead.
2. When we go hospital by taxi, apple watch payment took time for transaction. Cash was actually the fastest. QR code payment like china should be much easier.

[Background]
Modern life in big city has a lot of inconvenient, stressful and troublesome moment when moving A to B location in Town and in Buildings. We want to understand and solve your mobility problem through ICT.

[Payment]
We will hire 70 people with 40 USD compensation and select Best 10. The best 10 people will be awarded 500 USD or may have a chance to meet Top management from Japan ICT Company. And we might request separate additional contract too.

You must include the following in the 3 videos:

1. Capture three moments of Inconvenient, Stressful and Troublesome in Mobility which need improvement

when
Commuting, Working, Going to school/hospital, Shopping, Sightseeing, Meeting family/friend, etc.

by
taxi, public transportation, driving your bike/car, by walk etc.
Inside of building is also important such as Elevator, Escalator, etc.

2. Explain how it is inconvenient, stressful and troublesome for you.
3. Report why do you think it is happening.
4. Is there any ideal solution for you?

- Language in the video needs to be in English. If interviewee can't speak English, you can translate in the video. Or, if both interviewee and interviewer can't speak English, please ask your friend/family for translation.
- Each video needs to be 1-3 min with Horizontal orientation each.
- When shooting your mobile app screen, you will need two mobiles. Please borrow friend's mobile.
- If you are ok, please put you in first few seconds saying "I am at … and going to show you …" if possible. We will not show this movie in semi closed community. If you don’t want to, it is fine without yourself in video.
[What to say when you shoot video]
- Please turn on your GPS mode "On" or explain where you are.
1. Who & What: "I/my friend am / is going to show you *** moment now." Turn around your camera 360 degree, so that we can understand situation.
2. When: "When I go ***, *** is always slow due to *** like this moment"
3. Why: "Main causes I think are 1)*** 2)*** 3)***"
4. How: "I usually do *** in order to remove this inconvenient moment"
"If somebody can solve with *** such as *** way, our life is going to be much easier"

• Outside of building: taxi, public transportation, driving your bike/car, by walk etc.
• Inside of building: Elevator, Escalator, etc.
2. Would you submit 1-3 min short movie to explain its moment? If it isn’t reproducible, please film the similar moment with explanation
3. Do you live/work in BKK?
4. Please explain yourself briefly such as age, occupation, salary range and hobby etc.

- When receiving a message from Dropbox, you will still be able to preview files even if you do not have an account. You may also save shared files to your Dropbox account or sign up for one.
-If there is a size limitation in up work, please directly go Dropbox website and you will get free 2GB storage.
-After we check the contents, we will request you to submit to "Closed" community website in FB with your account. If you don’t want to we will submit instead of you.
