【Request contents】
Your job is to collect questionnaire from Indian people.
- Website Questionnaire (About 23 questions : 10 minutes to input) had been already prepared in Simplified Chinese.
- Share/Introduce/lead people to input the website (URL will be sent to you once we agree).
- I will let you know the number of people who answered until the end by the deadline and it is your outcome. No need for you to report or summary.

【Eligible questionee】
-　Anyone who has indian nationality regardless where they live (inside/outside of India),
-　Regardless gender / age.
- Person who can connect the link through PC or smertphone to connect to the link.

【Questionnaire】
-　About 18 questions regarding Japanese culture and internet usage　(mandatory).
-　4 questions regarding questionee (mandatory)
-　E-mail address of questionee (optional)
- 5 among all the questionee win the prize of anything of their choice from Amazon.com or same kind of EC site which is equivalent to 100USD (incl. shipment). ※Lottery, communicate with the winner and sending the prize will be taken care by us.

【Due date】
- August 14 (Monday), 2017 24:00 Japan time

【Reward】
JPY 100 × number of the people who finished entering the questionnaire.

44 ppl = JPY 4,400
50 ppl = JPY 5,000
63 ppl = JPY 5,000

【Required condition/skill for the freelancer】
-　Person who can communicate with me in Japanese or English.
-　Person who can response without delay.
-　Has fulfilling profile in Workshift.

■Prohibited matter：
To input false answers.
To input many times by the same person.
To leak the subject to the third party.
