【Request contents】
Your job is to collect questionnaires from 100 Vietnamese people.
- Website Questionnaire (About 18 questions : 2-3 minutes to input) had been already prepared in Vietnamese language.
- Spread/Introduce/lead people to input the website (URL will be sent to you once we agree).
- Number of people who entered in the questionnaire will be the outcome. Summarize or report the result is not required.
- I will report you daily a number of people who has been entered in the questionnaire. It will show you how many more you need.

【Eligible questionee】
-　Vietnamese who is living in Vietnam, or Vietnamese who is living abroad but has Vietnamese background (Within 3 years after you leave Vietnam)
-　Male/Female : age 10s – 60s

【Question】
-　13 questions regarding TV programs in Vietnam (mandatory).
-　4 questions regarding questionee(mandatory)
-　E-mail address of questionee(optional)
- Only 2 are written questions but all the other questions are multiple-choice questions.
- 3 among all the questionee win the prize of anything of your choice from Amazon.com equivalent to 200USD. (Lottery, communicate with the winner and sending the prize will be taken care by us. )

【Due date / format】
- Due date is March 14 (Tue) 12:00（Japan time）.Number of the people who entered at that time is your outcome.
- No need to report as we will aggregate the answer. We will count the outcome (number of the people who entered).

【Reqard】
JPY 100 / number of the people who answer the questionnaire.
Maximum JPY20,000

【Others】
-　If you are not sure about collecting 100, let us know how many people you expect.

【Required condition/skill】
-　Person who can communicate in Japanese or English.
-　Person who can response without delay.
-　Has fulfilling profile in Workshift.
We will send the URL of website questionnaire once we agree.

■Prohibited matter：
To input false answers.
To input many times by the same person.
To leak the subject to the third party.
