¥2,400 maximum per property (with conditions) X top 5 properties for a total maximum of ¥12,000.


＜Job Description＞
At the Pasig Ortigas vicinity of Metro Manila, Philippines, research the current condominium sales situation. Current condominium sales includes pre-sales of units prior to construction and sales of units under construction as well as inventory units after construction is completed. List up the names of the top 5 condominium developments in terms of size (total unit number). Please source the information from someone working in the local condominium industry.


＜Request details＞
please answer the following 10 questions for each property.
1. Name of property
2. Address of property
3. Name of developer
4. URL of the property introduction website
5. Year and month when sales activity began
6. Date of construction completion and delivery (turnover)
7. Number of completed contracts / total units
8. Range of pricing: from ___pesos to ___pesos. (per square meter)
9. Source of information for number of units sold (completed contracts) and sales prices
10. Existence of non-condominium space such as office space or commercial-use space
