To introduce myself, I am a team leader and senior web developer currently leading a small development team based in Japan.

当チームは、SaaS、CRM、Eコマース、エンターテインメント、コミュニケーションツールなど、モダンなWebプラットフォームおよびアプリケーションの開発を行っています。
Our team focuses on building modern web platforms and applications, including SaaS, CRM, e-commerce, entertainment, and communication tools.

また、Web3技術やAIをWeb／モバイルアプリケーションへ統合する取り組みにも積極的に注力しています。
We are also actively integrating Web3 technologies and AI into modern web and mobile applications.

現在は、主に米国・カナダを中心とした海外クライアント向けのプロジェクトを進めており、事業をサポートしていただける意欲的なコラボレーターを募集しています。
At present, we are working on projects primarily for clients in the United States and Canada, as well as other countries, and we are now looking for a collaborator who can support our business through dedicated and committed work.

JavaScriptをはじめとするWebサイト開発の基礎的な経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します。また、英語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力が必要です。
Candidates with basic experience in website development using JavaScript and other programming languages are welcome. In addition, strong English communication skills are required.

高度な専門スキルは必須ではありませんが、ドキュメント作成や日常的な開発業務などの基本的なタスクを含め、主体的に学びながらスキルアップできる方を重視しています。何よりも、継続的な取り組みと高いコミットメントを大切にしています。
While we do not require highly specialized skills at the outset, this does not mean that general responsibilities—such as documentation and routine development tasks—are excluded. Rather, we value individuals who are motivated to learn independently, improve their skills, and grow professionally. Above all, dedication and commitment are essential.
