2. Basic laws and regulations related to the above categories. Any penalties, sanctions, or other enforcement measures. Purpose and overview of the laws/regulations
3. Government ministries/agencies responsible for regulating these products
4. Whether prior product registration or notification to the authorities is required before selling these products in Saudi Arabia, and an outline of the procedure if required
5. Product quality standards (including test methods), usage restrictions, and whether a negative list exists (prohibited ingredients, etc.)
6. Existence of any regulations on chemical substances
7. Labelling and advertising requirements for packaging and marketing materials (including advertising regulations)
8. Whether there is any obligation to report to government authorities in case of health damage caused by the products. At what level damage must be reported (e.g. any health damage, only serious cases, etc.)
9. Existence of any relevant industry associations
