We are looking for someone to identify individuals or companies interested in manufacturing their cosmetics in Japan. Based on your connections, we would like you to arrange meetings with these prospects and gather all their requirements so that we can create tailored solutions for them.
The main responsibilities include:
・Setting up meetings and gathering information
・Sending quotations, documents, samples, etc., to clients
・Concluding contracts and assisting with shipping
・Checking legal regulations
・Researching trade-related information
・Providing daily updates and client information to facilitate our assistance
・Contacting and Responding to New Customer Inquiries
