・納品頂いた制作物は、著作が当方に譲渡されますので、流用・転載・売却は禁止とさせて頂きます。

・制作物は『当方に所有権があるもの』とさせて頂きますので、動画サイトやブログへアップする等の再利用はご遠慮願います。

・他のサイトからの素材の無断転用、知的財産権、著作権侵害は禁止です。

・秘密厳守でお願いいたします

・契約された際には「著作者人格権を行使しない」のをご了承頂けたものとしますので、 後日、制作者から著作者人格権の主張は一切受けかねます。

When you sign a contract with us, you agree that you will not exercise your moral rights, and we will not accept any claims of moral rights from the creator at a later date.
