We are looking for experienced moderators who are responsible for virtually managing and executing qualitative projects at all stages, from writing screeners and discussion guides to moderating groups and IDIs on behalf of Tokyoesque. They must have excellent writing and oral skills in both Japanese and English. They will also have a healthy dose of cultural curiosity and sensitivity to be able to work in a multicultural environment.

Working closely with our project manager, they will ensure to have a great understanding of the clients' needs to apply the most suitable qualitative research techniques.

The right candidates will thrive with diverse projects and being the main point of contact with a variety of internal stakeholders. They will have good listening and awareness skills to catch all verbal answers and non verbal signals and ensure the participants feel comfortable through the research.

The role will consist of:
Developing moderator guides
Leading focus groups and IDIs with a diverse group of consumer participants in diverse industries
Communicating findings and recommendations in a compelling manner
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive moderation best practices
Ensuring projects are delivered as scheduled and with the highest possible quality standards
