We retain customers from cancelling their account. We addressed their concern while avoiding to give them refunds while avoiding to file dispute or charge back against the company. I also experienced as telemarketer/ verification specialist where we catered all health insurances in USA and set appointments. I also experienced B to B calls from a search engine where we were calling customers to add their business in our site.
