All activities aim to serve women and children victims of human trafficking, domestic violence and sexual abuse (clients):
Established new partnerships in two provinces where Hagar had not worked.
Established relationships with potential partners including governments, private and civil society entities.
Worked with partner organizations (government/non-government organizations, media, community groups) in identification, assistance and protection of victims
Worked directly with clients on initial assessments and provided guidance.
Provided informational and emergency services to callers to the Hotline 24/hours, 7 days a week
Communicated with the psychology and case management departments to ensure correct responses to potential clients.
Made the Hotline number visible to partners, potential partners and the community.
Participated in fundraising for Hagar Vietnam

European Parliament - Secretariat of the Committee on Development

• Prepared a dossier, which is a compilation of resolutions (United Nations’s and the European Parliament’s), VIP’s biographies, practical information and other relevant documents to the Sustainable Development Goals for the European Parliament Development Committee Delegation to the United Nations High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development in New York in July 2017.
• Selected Youth Leader-Speaker, facilitated with moderator and all speakers, assisted the organization, prepared communication materials to support for the Parliament's panel at the European Development Days 2017 (June) and the extraordinary meeting with the UN Sustainable Development advocates.
• Provided Member of European Parliament with analysis and evaluation of the EU’s policy and implementation of SDGs to negotiate with the European Council and European Commission to on the New European Consensus for Development
• Provided detail meeting minutes, briefings, research to support work on the European External Investment Plan and the European Fund for Sustainable Development
