Customer Support Manager
2013/01~
As Customer Support Manager, I was in charge of the Customer Support Department of the
company. I was tasked to ensure that all support queries and issues are responded to and
resolved in a timely manner and that our customers remain happy and satisfied with our
products and services.
I worked closely with the company’s site development team and management and helped out
in organizational development and customer retention projects. From May 2013 to November
2013, I also handled the site development team of the company. I ensured that all customer
orders and requests were fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner. Due to restructuring and
the launching of a new patent pending product of the company, I was moved back to
handling the customer support department exclusively from December 2013 to present.
In addition to handling Customer Support for the company, I also handle HR and Hiring,
Payroll, Accounting, and Project Management.
